Patch Fix Keyboard RFT

Hi everyone, Here is another version of the patch removing polling timer from i8042 which is needed if we want tickless kernel. Keyboards should now work on boxes that do not have mouse plugged in. I am not the biggest expert on this kind of thing, been away a couple of years from ARMA, and now find myself shot of MB allocation. Is it just me being a miserable old git, or do I have a valid point? We prefer to leave all old patches available for the users as we never know which version they might have bought in time and which route they wish to go with patching.
